If your insurance is not listed above and your insurance has an out-of-network benefit, I can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
Private Pay / Self-pay Fees in OREGON and CALIFORNIA
Adult Initial Assessment:
60-min session, $395
Follow-up medication & psychotherapy appointment:
30 minutes, $295
I also provide 45-min and 60-min extended medication & psychotherapy appointments
